Anyone know how to change the color of the bar where you see "Login" "Logout" in the default theme is the dark blue similar to facebook

You have to edit the CSS files to make it work.

well, yes I knew it was in CSS, but in which file and where in the file ..?

Theres only four files... and everything in the css file goes from top to bottom as the site flows, stop being lazy and asking for advice and go find it yourself.
