Topic: Post box text field And FB Connect

Does anyone know how I could possibly remove the extender tab in the bottom right hand corner of the post box. I would preferably like to add Elastic, abit like on Facebook.

Also I've added my Facebook API into Main_config and its not showing. Do we have to do anything else to make this feature work.
