Topic: Removing username and replacing with Fullname

Hey guys.
I tonight tried to remove usernames off my site and replace with existing 'Fullnames'. I changed 'Username' in every single file, and it changed every username on my network to 'Fullname' out of my database. Only problem is, when you click the 'PROFILE' button or any link directed to the profile, it would just refresh the page and stay on the dashboard.
Could anyone help explain how to resolve this issue?
