flash mp3 player

Hello,
i tried to create flash player which is playing attached mp3 files.

and i have a problem with replacing code. Code is checking the last 3 character and if it is mp3 in the attached file than code is adding the flash player. The problem is; it is just adding the lastest messages flash player and playing the previous attached mp3 files. So thats mean there is a problem with the places of the code. If you can help me the finishing it will be much better for all of us.
