$4 for plugin "like-dislike" installation.

i have plugin 'like-dislike' , i successfully  install it in my localhost, it's have notifications and show anyone who likes and dislikes. but every i install it in my site (online) its not working, it can not click, do not have the notification, and not show anyone wholikes and dislikes. The most severe and it only shows the 'Neutral /Dislike' (where Like?) .

I have given up, so I'll give $ 4 for a can fix it.
