"Readme" file is not readable for me

I am sorry but the readme file designed by the author is prepared in Russian Language and he also didn't used the correct encoding also. We inform when the author update its file.

it would be nice if someone could translate this readme file. I can only assume what you should do. I think it is first you replace the dashboard.php file and then you do the sql queries - but I am not sure if this is any true. As said I can only assume
