I need this feature badly! Help from experts

Dear all!
I am still unable to bring my community site online. I need this feature badly. The site I plan uses RSS import as its prominent feature. Based on which , I wish 1. The feed import should show , excerpt from the post. ( At present it shows just the title of the post with the link below)2. The source author and Source ( NAME OF THE BLOG/SITE ) name should also appear. I have attached a screenshot of the single-post .      Any suggestion to make it . if anybody can take this complete project to handle, I am ready to pay. Quote your price below!
You can see : Post TITLE with link. excerpt from the postNAme of the author ( extracted from the feed itself) on the right side below.
View Times , i.e link click times based on which we can categorize 'most read today"
