Topic: Read Count for outgoing RSS links

We have links fetched from RSS feeds.People visit the link and land on original pages. Can't we have a counter against all the RSS links that, how many times it has been visited so far. This can further me categorized as " MOST READ TODAY". There you will find lots of read count codes for PHP. But someone can try integrating it with sharetronix.  .
