Personnel use:
Personel use is meant for using the sharetronix software for anything other than making money in the name of sharetronix services.

What you can do
Put your own ads and make money
Charge your members for providing membership site services

What you can’t do
You shouldn’t make money by selling digital goods that related to sharetronix( sharetronix themes,Sharetronix modules))
You shouldn’t make money by providing services related to sharetronix( sharetrnoix installation,sharetronix hosting,sharetronix  priory support)

Branding or Link Removal
As per the sharetronix license terms, the licensee has to maintain the powered by link to the sharetrnoix site
