Multisite plugin Required

hello,

we are looking to develop Sharetronix further to Multisite by the city.

the idea is very simple we will provide you with a static map image (homepage city selector when clicking on country (tooltip)) from admin panel the administrator can add a new   country/bulk with the following fields:

Country,  Flag after the information is submitted, the admin can drag the flag image on the homepage map so, it will show on the homepage every we add a new country. this process will be called an instance.

then the admin can enter the cities allowed for each country. (Listbox) and it should show to the user in the homepage when mouse-over the country in the homepage.
a new field in the signup form should be the address/ find my location concept.

the concept is very simple every time we add a country/instance the plugin should add separated database for each instance keeping the user tables/profiles share across the instances.

each city will be assigned to a subdomain automatically using wildcard

every time a member try to signup the must select a country/city from the homepage then it will ask for the rest of the details.
the tweets in country x are not visible in country y. unless member is subscribed to both. and the same with the city level.
conclusion:

you will have to provide us with a fulling working plugin to be installed on our server.
